Account Manager Portal
The Account Manager portal faced operational challenges in verifying client information efficiently within company applications. Manual verification created workflow bottlenecks, resulting in delays and potential errors that affected the overall client onboarding experience.
ERC App
The project aimed to enhance the customer onboarding portal by implementing updates aligned with the latest IRS regulations. The existing design caused confusion among users, resulting in a significant drop-off rate during registration. The main goal was to streamline the onboarding flow and improve communication through responsive and engaging email notifications.
Onboarding portal
The onboarding process faced major issues: over a third of users dropped off, the portal needed updates for new IRS and security standards, and unclear navigation with inconsistent design led to a confusing user experience.
Attorney portal
Following the redesign of the customer onboarding portal, there arose a need for the Tax Attorney portal to efficiently verify clients who had completed the onboarding process. The existing system lacked a cohesive verification flow, resulting in unnecessary delays and occasional errors during client assessment.
User Flow
The customer onboarding portal faced challenges in keeping users informed and engaged throughout the registration process. The existing email notification system lacked structure and consistency, resulting in poor communication and reduced user satisfaction.
Flicast Video
The OTT customer onboarding portal initially relied on an extensive Excel-based questionnaire containing over 150 questions. The unstructured format created friction in the user experience and risked lowering client engagement and loyalty.
TV Streaming App
The core product of the OTT video streaming service required a comprehensive redesign to support customization and scalability across all customer app builds. Recognizing the competitive demands of the OTT market, the initiative focused on modernizing the interface and delivering a best-in-class viewing experience.
